PROACTIVE DRUG DETECTION

The role of a Proactive Drug Detection Dog is to detect the presence of drugs in the area that you want searched. It may be a room, corridor, vehicle, field etc either internal or external.

Proactive drug detection dogs are able to search cars, buildings, schools, factories, aircraft and ships, just to name a few locations. The dog will work to the command of the handler and will indicate the presence of drugs by giving a passive indication, normally a sit or a stand and stare.

PASSIVE SCANNING DRUG DETECTION

The role of a Passive Scanning Drug Detection Dog is to detect the presence of drugs on a person.

Our Passive Scanning Drug Dogs are able to scan people entering work places, night clubs, festivals, airports and many other environments.

The dog will work be worked on a lead by the handler and the dog will make no contact with the people it is scanning. When the dog indicates the presence of a drug on a person the dog will indicate by sitting in front of that person.
