The three Welsh dogs who have sniffed out more than £12m worth of illegal tobacco

Meet the Welsh dogs with a nose for illegal tobacco.

Spaniels, Yoyo, Scamp and Phoebe, have uncovered more than £12 million of illegal tobacco products in various raids across the UK, working with the police and tranding standards, for example.

Yoyo’s handler Stuart Phillips, who is one of the owners of Pembrokeshire-based B.W.Y Canine, said that a couple of weeks ago in Swansea they found £40,000 in cash together with illegal tobacco in a shop.
